Best waxing experience I've had! The office is clean, organized, and friendly. Lina did an amazing job; she was gentle, made me feel at ease, and always took care to listen to me throughout. Since going to see her, I haven't had any issues with ingrowns. I've had painful waxing experiences at other places in the past - with Lina it's honestly almost pain-free. Can't recommend enough!
I cannot say enough good things about Purele! I have been going to Caitlin for waxing for three years now and always have a wonderful experience. The online booking system shows me exactly when the services I want are available and I can pick the time that works best for me. Upon entering the building it is clean and I am always greeted with a friendly face! As for the actual waxing, Caitlin always does a beautiful job and ensures I am as comfortable as possible. I recommend Purele to all my friends for the wonderful atmosphere and service. Thank you Caitlin and Purele!
I have been going to Purele in Hadley MA for years, having facials and Lash Lift and Tints done, and I have always had a wonderful experience. I always look forward to an extremely professional, relaxing and high quality facial from Lina! I recently had a lash lift and tint done by Caitlin, and she did a fabulous job!
