Kathleen is remarkable. She is knowledgeable, listens closely, and knows how distract one from the inevitable discomfort with compassion and humor. I have been to many PTs....Kathleen has been a teacher and coach in addition to making me feel safe and supported during an emotional and physically challenging time.

I have longstanding chronic back issues; I've been to a number of PTs over the years. The staff at Integrated Orthopedics is by far the best. They are highly skilled, and listen carefully to the patient. They developed a plan for my treatment that both gives relief and helps to strengthen to avoid further exacerbation of the condition(s). I didn't think I could ever do as well as I am right now. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've been meaning to write this review for months. Kathleen is the best! She helped me return to an active life after heart and back surgery this year. She's patient, listens to your needs and has a great sense of humor. If you faithfully follow her exercise plan (ok, who REALLY does it 100%?!), you'll see real improvement. I also like getting the exercises sent to my email so I can actually remember what she demonstrated in the visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend her! After being a couch potato for a year, I'm now back to biking, swimming, running and hiking.
