I loved it. They were all so considerate and sweet. 10/10 experience, 10/10 haircut (I have super curly hair and Silvio cut it for me) LOVE IT!!!! Absolutely amazing, def will come again!Service: Haircut
I can't comment on the service because of their complete disregard for punctuality. After being told to arrive early, I waited more than 30 minutes before giving up and leaving. Terrible customer service, respect your customers by being punctual.Update:The team at Cheryl Nina reached out to me and apologized for running behind schedule. They also found time for me to come back in and get a new appointment at a lower rate. I truly appreciate their professionalism in dealing with the situation and their service was also excellent. Thank you!
Felt at home immediately with their great attitudes and willingness to wait, while I was running late. Place is super clean and I can’t wait to try the many services they provide. I love my new hair cut! The stylist (sylvio) was funny and very considerate of my feelings towards this new change!!!! Will be coming back no doubt.
