I need to purchase an electronic typewriter from them.... a dear young friend urged me years ago to ditch the electronic typewriter I had at the time as 'useless.' now I find a use as I want to type up notes and scenes on 3 x 5 cards.

About five months ago I purchased a groovy, blue typewriter from this shop. An aspiring writer and vintage enthusiast, this place was my heaven. The owner was delightful and purely magical, his love for the engineering behind the machines he sells was inspiring. Most gadgets he takes in are broken and unusable, he then transforms them into working memorabilia of the past to be used by people like myself. I would not argue with the no photo taking rule of his. Hey - his business and passion. There is no disagreeing there. I completely recommend even just stopping in to chat with the man. A true source of knowledge!

This store is great, very handy if you need either common or hard-to-find items. The owners are friendly and make me want to return. A growing number of people recognize the benefits of distraction-free typewriters and it's great to have shops like this around.
