Do not go to this practice unless you are prepared to accept a lot of humiliating treatment from the staff, as well as terribly poor office practices. The staff is nasty, manipulating and extremely condescending. Be careful to have all of your questions written down for the vet beforehand because the staff will not allow you to ask Dr Lowry ANYTHING by phone -- no matter how much money you spend. They will answer all of your questions for her and will manipulate you into bringing your pet(s) back to the office for unnecessary appointments if you have any doubt about what they tell you. Sadly, I can't recommend this terribly run business to anyone. Dr. Lowy is wonderful but the office is not run well or efficiently. We've had several issues with wait times, frustrating conversations with a particular tech and then now they are doing this new process for "minimal contact" visits where you pull up and call in and they take your animal. After waiting a week for this appointment for a behavior consult for our dog, I arrived and called in. I was told a tech wasn't available and someone would call me. I really like this vet. I come here mainly for my small animals, and I've always had a great experience. They're very good with the animals, and very kind. They really care and they listen to what you have to say- and believe you! I've dealt with my fair share of vets over the years and they are just amazing. Definitely recommend.
