This morning I logged onto the internet, life is good, checked everything I needed to, then left to do some errands. When I got home, had to log onto my banking site....no internet. checked everything that I knew to check, still no internet. Called Comcast, internet into house fine, other devices were connecting fine. Did some more "trouble shooting" something about a driver.....called CommSat in Amesbury. Bring it down. Brought it down. 10 minutes later (max) they worked their magic...and had the correct driver installed in less then 10 minutes. FANTASTIC people! Love them!
I have reached out to CommSat on a number of occasions for help with my home computer issues. Most recently was due to a computer hack. After sitting with them and reviewing my options, I purchased a new laptop from them as mine was about 10 years old and nearing the end of its life, along with new antivirus software. Their price was comparable to the stores, but the big thing for me was I was keeping my money local and would have local support. I have always found CommSat great to work with and had my issues resolved. I highly recommend them for any PC issues.
