Been going here for 5-6 years now. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, always busy. They offer wash and fold but I only ever use self service. Can get busy on the weekend, I topically go on week nights and never had an issue not getting a machine. The machines are clean, never had any clothing damaged or destroyed. Also, grate you don't have to scramble for quarter, they have a laundry card ($1fee) you can load and reuse. They will also cash out the card and refund you the $1. Could use a good high dusting.

Their wash and fold is $1.10 per pound, the best price I’ve found in Boston. They did a good job, their jobs are hard, reviewers complaining about the “rude staff” need to grow up.

Solid prices, good space/selection, and run by a friendly family! I can do about 40 lbs of mixed laundry for $12 bucks using their machines.Pro-tip: Wash backpacks seasonally in the small $4 washers.
