Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group: Agawam

I called for an emergency visit on February 11th 2025 they got me in the same day within hours I am a established patient with them. They took ex-rays and blood work I had a slight fever coughing fits congestion I felt vary sick. They put me on antibiotics. I feel safer with this office I am vary happy with them.

Michael is the best! I was very upset when I went in and he was not only kind, but he managed to put me in a much better mood by the time I left. He spent as much time with me as was needed, and I did not feel rushed. He truly cares for his patients.

All of the staff I have had contact with have been exceptional in their care…friendly, efficient, concerned. (referring to on/gyn)
If only more offices/practices in the area demonstrated similar characteristics.
