Doin it in the dirt for ever. Tom is the man running the show. You need anything ground related, he's the guy to talk to. Small job or massive John's Trucking can handle it.
II have never used Yelp before, but after my experience there Monday, I felt compelled to download it so that I could leave a review. I am a stone mason and work all over the State. (Usually out east) I happened to be near Agawam and it was recommended that I get gravel from Rosati's. When I got there, I was greeted by what may be THE nicest "sales" person I've ever met. Her name is Sarah, and her title is actually "scale master", or something like that..? A more friendly and helpful person I don't think I've met! She practically bounced of her seat when I arrived and flew around her desk to show me around, help me select what I needed, show me where to go, etc. All with a sincere smile, an effusive cheerfulness, and all this on a Monday morning!! Everything else there was great too, but if you want to experience truly remarkable customer service, I recommend you go there and buy some sand or something, even if you don't need it! I will go out of my way to go there again! Keith from Leadmine Stonework, Holland MA
I was looking to purchase rocks for painting and found out about Rosati. Communication over email was great and when I got there the staff Lucas was very helpful. He brought to a little display area to show me the different sizes/kind of rocks to see what I was interested in. Then he also took my buckets and filled them and brought them right to my car which was super helpful because I had 2 kids with me. Will be returning again for more rocks in the future!
