Family Appliance was at MY house..I own the house..NOT KENZI...They always do a great job and called me to say that the hot and cold hoses were switched, as well as the cold water shut off.. We highly recommend Family Appliance..Please ignore Kenzi's review..He does not have any right to call Family Appliance as I own the house and I pay the bills..They work for ME... read full review

We have worked with Family Appliance for years on several of our homes. They are very honest and wonderful to work with! I wouldn't pay any attention to a one star review that was recently given by Kenzi. We own the house and fully support Family Appliance. Unfortunately Family Appliance was put in a contentious situation because the tenants are currently being evicted and broke the washing machine (2nd time). Family Appliance had to go back out there and "fix" it again because the tenants intentionally switched the hot/cold water lines just to be annoying. So grateful that this repair shop is in the vicinity I have a new goto for appliance repair quick turnaround fridge is working great very reasonable price well done family appliance I’m certain that if the unfortunate breakdown happens down the road I’ll be calling again
