*** I have not used them for wildlife services, so this review is purely for their customer service/response time. ***

I mistakenly emailed them (I thought it was municipal/county animal control and not a business) about a legal question regarding injured deer involved in vehicle collisions. They responded very quickly (they could have just ignored my email) and explained they were not in a position to answer that and provided contact info for animal control. They obviously knew I wasn't reaching out for business, yet they took time to respond anyways in a prompt and kind manner.

Dennis came out to my house. He was on time and very friendly. He was thorough in inspecting the house and knowledgeable about his trade. Dennis provided me with natural ways to address my ant problem as it was not bad enough to pay for a treatment and didn’t see any more ants after I applied a treatment (he said he didn’t want to steal my money). He also shared some helpful tips to combat tics and mosquitoes out in yard that is safe for children and pets. I shared that he also treats lawns and will be using him in the future.

Dennis was professional, timely, Knowledgeable and patient. He explains everything thoroughly and pointed out all areas that needed correction. This is someone you can trust. He went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and customer service. I Highly recommend him
