Elite Appliance is great! After struggling with other appliance companies - Elite was able to help and was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule. They arrived on time, were very knowledgable with my refrigerator and able to fix the issue on the spot.I referred them to a friend who had a lingering issue with their old dishwasher and they were able to help them as well with great service.Their price is competative but they offer excellent value and stand by their work and offered to come back if there is a further issue. I called them about my cranky refrigerator. Rich came out the same day, checked it out and came up with the least costly way to properly fix the thing. He ordered the part and came out to finish the job the morning after the new part came in, and the refrigerator now runs as good as a new one. Exactly 0 degrees in the freezer and 40 in the "fresh food" section with the controls set to "factory setting" on the dials.

I highly recommend Elite Appliance Service in Agawam for no-nonsense repair work at a fair price on wayward household appliances.

Fridge was making a weird noise and gave these guys a holler. They came out the next day, were very prompt, the guy was knowledgeable, friendly and cordial. Fixed that bad boy right up and the price was reasonable.
