During the merger between Venning and my former accountant, my tax documents were misplaced. Naturally, it was up to me to go around to my employer(s) and have them re-issued. Annoying perhaps, but not the end of the world. I had never been notified, and I usually owe anyway, so it wasn't really on the forefront of my mind that I hadn't heard from Venning. Awful!!!!!!My CPA of 35 years sold practice to these guys. Late with filing, wrong state taxes filed and nobody answers the phone. If there was a way to take legal action I would.
