I own a Subaru Outback. Have bought cars at Village Subaru (now McGovern) in the past. Typically I bring my car into the dealership for standard oil changes and some minor repairs. The service tech told me I needed my muffler/exhaust replaced and without this work done I would not be able to pass inspection. Quoted me $750+. Took it took my mechanic for a second opinion. My mechanic said there was no problems with the muffler/exhaust system. He brought my car in for inspection and it passed no problem. $750+ saved with a second opinion. The people are super nice in Service but like all businesses (can't fault them) they're out to make money. I would recommend getting a second opinion to save you money.

I want to thank all the wonderful, friendly staff. They treated me kindly and fairly. Special thanks to the manager, Frank and my salesman Neil who where able to give me what I felt was a great deal. The service team has been wonderful as well! I was a long time Honda person, and had recently went to a Toyota RAV4 Prime plug in hybrid, to a Toyota Venza that I only had a month due to realizing it sat up too high in the back for my 2 dogs. Braille took the time with tape measure and helped me decide between the 23 Outback and 23 Outback wilderness. Wilderness sat up higher than the regular Outback. The car I got is second from the top trim level and I am in absolute love with this car! ( I'm extremely picky and probably annoying to deal with ) I highly recommend this team of great people!

This is the easiest car buying experience I have had in the almost 3 decades owning cars. Our lease was up and we needed to get a new car. We went to a few dealers and it was miserable. The stock was low and the sales associates were dismissive. We then found McGovern Subaru and from the moment we walked in we were taken care of. Maximus was very informative and gave us the financial breakdown immediately. He helped us design our package and we took a few test drives. The experience was seamless and we ended up buying a car that day. I've never had a quicker, more transparent buying process. He told us what it would cost and gave us an unbelievably generous trade in value. We will only be buying cars from Maximus and McGovern Subaru going forward.
