I started training with Yury about 3-4 years ago and even though my schedule only allows me time for one training session per week I feel energized by the exercises. I enjoy the benefits of working all the little muscles that help with balance and flexibility.

I’ve been training with PTI for about 5-6 years. As a young athlete, I have made so much progress in my strength, agility, and speed due to their knowledge of the body. I really appreciate their focus on injury prevention and strengthening the smaller muscles, something many trainers and training facilities don’t promote. I (knock on wood) have not experienced a bad sports related injury yet and have played 3 varsity sports for 4 years of high school. I believe I owe this to them!

Before going to USC to play D1 soccer, I trained at PTI for over 5 years (mainly with Adam Doffini). As a young athlete, it's hard to find people that know how to properly strengthen a body that's still developing. PTI's approach focuses a lot on injury prevention and small muscle development. Among other things, training at PTI improved my body mechanics, strength, flexibility, and stabilization. I always felt like the trainers at PTI had an understanding of what I wanted to achieve, and knew the steps we needed to take to get me there. I credit a lot to PTI, can't thank them enough!
