Dave was great. No BS guy who would give you the most practical guidance on your lock questions. We wanted to get new set of locks for our doors and as we moved to a new address and Dave mentioned that he could just rekey those locks and it would work great, plus it’s just a quarter of the cost it would cost otherwise. Dave was excellent. He was timely, efficient, and great at what he does. He even did a few extra things for me that I wouldn’t have even thought of! Will definitely use again, I have beautiful new locks and doorknobs.

I had a Kryptonite lock in a difficult location - a basement storage cage. Dave arrived, considered various options and took into account safety issues; he was careful not to set off the fire sprinklers. He then handily dealt with the lock. Great service, and a very nice person.
