Nancy is the best around. She has seen me on short notice 2x. She is incredibly cheap and has the strongest hands around (this is coming from a physical therapist). I would recommend her to anyone for injury prevention, injury treatment or relaxation!

Nancy is a very skilled massage therapist. As a runner and athlete, I need someone who can help me sustain my active lifestyle and keep me going. She is very knowledgeable and provided the relief and support I needed. I highly recommend her.

Just had my first massage with Nancy Ames - a delightful person and a wonderful massage. I hadn't been for a massage in decades after a masseuse made me feel very uncomfortable, but I had muscle tightness that wasn't getting better. Nancy put me right at ease and I stayed relaxed. Thanks Nancy and I'll be back.
