I highly recommend Lombardo Loam and Gravel after using them a year ago for my driveway expansion project. It still looks great today, which reminded me to do this review, I'm so happy with the result and the experience with all the Lombardo staff. I wanted to match some stones they didn't have but Lombardo found them for me without any delay. In total I needed three deliveries and the first was made by the owner himself to check out what I was doing and assess the rest of the deliveries. The location is difficult with phone and power lines traversing from the street to my house directly above where I needed the next 16 ton delivery. Lombardo made it happen. The experience could not have been better from the first phone call with Emily to the final delivery. Emily was a pleasure to work with and made the entire experience stress free including coordinating deliveries exactly as I wanted them while keeping in touch along the way. The drivers were professional, friendly and well experienced, having no difficulty navigating the challenging area with ease and dropping everything exactly where I wanted it. It was all just perfect.

I just have to let you all know that your customer service is exemplary. I had to order stone for my yard, the ladies I dealt with in your office we exceptional. You don't see great customer service anymore and your company should be used as an example for all companies. The ladies were so helpful, patient, informative and kind.
