I refer them when I can and what I love is their honest approach and availability. They service my furnace every fall and they are there when we need them. Yesterday, on one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called at 11am and by 3pm they were there and diagnosed the problem and we were back in business by 4pm. “Have used Baker-Whitney for 4 yrs now. Great routine oil delivery and annual check-up. Wanted to write a review since I've had to call them twice this past year; didn't have to call them before this year besides the initial and annual checkup. On one of my calls, she was able to fix it the same day; it was due to air bubbles in my pipes. Several months later, had to call for emergency service on Saturday. The igniter(?) part failed and the person came over within 1 hour of my making the emergency call. Service person was very professional and replaced the part.“
