Came to address targeted mice issue in shed. Did good job, but lack of communication with technician (Avery) who came up with plan of attack on how to proceed. Need to assure AVery's plan is known to any who came to my home.

Michael Colon came to remove a wasp nest in our yard. He was very personable and informed me of his approach. He was respectful of the property and made sure to close gates, so the dogs wouldn’t get out. Michael did a thorough job, took the nest, and sprayed a powder to make sure the wasps don’t come back. I would highly recommend FOX pest control.

Pablo came out to handle a wasp nest in the siding above a dining room window. He gave good suggestions about additional places that could be addressed to avoid them accessing our bedrooms, and I was thrilled to see wasp activity significantly decreased even as he was leaving. Super appreciative that we were able to get this addressed so quickly.
