I've been a customer for over 5 years and this made me confident that he was doing the whole quarterly service when I wasn't home. I've had a variety of Fox employees provide the quarterly service and they are consistently polite. One of the great benefits is that the company will come back out free of charge if needed between quarterly visits. This was amazing when we had issues with wasps.
