Kristen did an incredible job of helping me understand what areas needed work and how best to improve it. No pushiness at all with respect to any aspect, I was able to talk about any concerns or thoughts I had on the program we put together. Was money well spent - I initially thought I can figure this stuff out on my own, but I realized the level of guidance and expertise even in just one session is worth it.
I just finished up a course of physical therapy with Kevin Ryan at Five Star. I had a torn meniscus in my right knee and at 69 years old I needed a lot of work to strengthen and stabilize my legs.I have never experienced physical therapy in the top notch methodology that Kevin uses. He was very thorough in making sure his course of therapy fits with what was shown in my medical report and my MRI.I will say that if you sign on with Kevin that you should be prepared to work. But, on the backend of the experience you will look back at where you came from and you will be AMAZED!Thank you Kevin for your expertise and direction. You're truly the best!
Kevin is such a great physical therapist. Fun, understanding, and a positive person who just knows his stuff. After tearing my ACL and meniscus he has made a long and annoying recovery process into relaxing and fun experience.
