This is a second review after the first aesthetician I had is luckily no longer at the salon. I had a wonderful signature facial this time with Jina. She did a nice job explaining the products she was using and left me looking hydrated and younger. I will be returning here next month!
Still a regular client at the Acton salon, very clean, professional, welcoming, pleased with the services, rarely run late. really good deals if you go on the email list to be notified in advance. Just returned from a family vacation and people asked me how I kept my skin so nice and had I had any "work done?" No, just regular facials and good products. Highly recommend it. Book in advance if you need a specific day or time, they get booked up quick. Ps...50% off facials until end sept!! Hope you found this useful and enjoy your services.
Not impressed with this place. I have always heard good things about Elizabeth Grady so I decided to try and get a face wax here and also because the woman I usually go to was booked. First, the girl totally missed some areas. Second, she didn't even tweeze my eyebrows when there were some noticeable stragglers. The place looks really nice and the girl was also very kind but the level of quality just sucked, especially since her price was about 10 dollars more than what I typically spend too. If you re in Acton, go to Nu Yu which is also on Great Road and much better.
