“He squeezed in my elderly Mom and earlier in the day his office called when there was a last minute cancelation to see if we wanted that slot instead. Mom was taken on time, the staff is pleasant. Dr Simkin is outstanding. He has a wonderful disposition, explained things in easy to understand terms and even whipped out a notepad to write a couple of terms down in case we wanted to do more research on our own. He has a rare, warm, beside manner and I feel fortunate he is looking after mom. He currently works 2 days a week, so making an appointment can take some lead time. He has a patient portal, although it is limited in use. You can use it to communicate with him/his staff, but features such as updating current med list is not an option. You can email them with updates as a work around. Otherwise, at the beginning of the appointment there is a manual review and update by an assistant. Location in Chelmsford is easy to get to with plenty of parking.“
