Older good quality gas stove with non-functioning oven. Prior repair person said it would mean taking it apart and was not worth repairing. Repair person (Mr. Bright) was courteous, punctual, and listened closely as I described the problem. He identified the problem efficiently and even had a replacement in his truck. Clean, efficient work. Oven works like new. He will be the person i call for future problems.

I knew what was wrong with my fridge, and was trying to figure out how expensive it would be to have a pro fix it. All the other appliance companies in the area refused to give me an estimate over the phone (even hypothetical based on my diagnostics, knowing their techs might find something else wrong). Bright Appliance was the only company willing to give me a ballpark. We did not end up using Bright Appliance, because we had already purchased the parts for the fix when I heard back from them. However, I would call them again without hesitation the next time I need help with an appliance, because I appreciated their honest communication. Thank you!
