MacFarlane Baker Whitney Oil

I'm a holdover customer from the Dunn oil days. I was nervous when MacFarlane took over, but it has gone very well for me. The two Macfarlane techs who have done service at my home were outstanding. Very experienced, on time, efficient, knowledgeable. I have also had very good luck getting appointments and I like the modern text alerts they use to keep me informed and reminded. Overall, I'm very happy to have stuck with Macfarlane. In these times of shortages of skilled techs I like knowing these folks are there if I need them.

Have used Baker-Whitney for 4 yrs now. Great routine oil delivery and annual check-up. Wanted to write a review since I've had to call them twice this past year; didn't have to call them before this year besides the initial and annual checkup. On one of my calls, she was able to fix it the same day; it was due to air bubbles in my pipes. Several months later, had to call for emergency service on Saturday. The igniter(?) part failed and the person came over within 1 hour of my making the emergency call. Service person was very professional and replaced the part.

I have been an customer of Baker-Whitney Oil co. for over 15 years. I have never ever been left without oil. They are the most friendly and busness minded company I have ever delt with. There are 2 sides to every story written on social media. I have called in the middle of the night with furnace issues and the tech on call was at my residence in record time. I give Baker-Whitney 5 stars. JB Boxboro
