She is so patient with my son, who has a tough time with not only sitting still but feeling the hair fall on him during the cut. She talks him through the entire cut and keeps him calm, and never shows stress or anxiousness on her end. She lets him watch shows, and has a little play area set up for when he’s waiting (which he loves).. Jess is also the only person who’s given my fiancé a consistent cut, each time, which he loves so much. My family highly recommends her work!“
