Excellent practice. Kristin determined a plan immediately after hearing the details of my illness. She is a great listener & asks appropriate questions necessary for her to develop the plan. The nurse was a huge help in that process based on the questions she asked prior to my seeing Kristin. Both were very respectful & professional. Front office personnel very polite & explained paperwork, billing, etc in such a way as it was easily understood.
I look forward to my next visit to this office since I feel comfortable& safe with the care I received today.
Dr. Creel and his staff are top notch! From the friendliest face and personality greeting you upon entry, to the staff in the back, and of course Dr. Creel himself… you’ll be impressed and thankful you chose their office. The new Central office is wonderful! Thankful our whole family sees Dr. Creel and staff yearly and whenever we have any issues or questions.
They saw me at my appointment time, no waiting. The doctor and staff were very personable and friendly. Very knowledgeable and showed me what to watch for. Quick and painless removal of a questionable mole.
