Lourdes Urgent Care - Youngsville

Excellent service…..excellent staff. Was seen due to mild cold like symptoms and wanted to get a test for Covid as I was about to go to a large family function. Yes you have to wait a bit but that is healthcare in this day in age. Once it was my turn I was brought into the exam room where a nasal swab was taken for testing. 15 minutes later a very professional yet personable NP came in and performed the appropriate examination and gave me the results of the test. Staff was busy yet friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this facility!

Visited this urgent care with my daughter at 6:30 on a weeknight. NP Troy, nurse, MA and front desk clerk were kind, compassionate and caught an error in my child's dx made by her pediatrician! We were given a prescription for the correct medicine and on our way in less than 1 hour from the time of arrival.

The office looks and smells new. I had no wait except for the time it took me to fill out the paperwork. I was seen very quickly by the nurse to get my stats and within minutes, the nurse practitioner came in to address my issues. He listened to my complaints, which have been ongoing for 3 to 4 months. He sent four prescriptions to my pharmacy electronically and when I got to there, my prescriptions were ready. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend Lourdes Urgent Care in Youngsville to any of my friends and family!
