I chose Floors by Designs initially based on first person experiences of three people I know. There are certain factors that are important to me when I hire anyone to do a job for me: 1. Reviews. 2. Honestly and integrity. 3. Product selection. 4. Ability to work with me one on one. 5. Communication. 6. Ability to deliver on all of the above. Floors by Design met and exceeded my expectations. They replaced my downstairs flooring and I could not be more pleased. I will be using them again in the near future. I highly recommend them!

I just want to share my experience with Mrs. Susie & Floors by Design. I had several rooms of carpet replaced , & they put my carpet down very professional & they were so nice. Everything they told me that they were going to do , they did it. We were very pleased & I would recommend this company to anyone that needs Home Improvements !
