This company as far as the customer service / financial part is very unprofessional when it comes to giving all the little information that matters.I was told it is a monthly charge no contract, but was told i can't cancel my monthly subscription due to it not being over a year and if i were to cancel i would have to pay the remainder of the month's until it was a full year "After already running my Card and Starting charging me"and was told it was in the "Paperwork" or "Invoice" that they sent me to my email which i never received.After coming service my A/C unit it stopped working 3 weeks after and i noticed that they cleaned... read full review
I cannot say enough great things about this company. Every single time I’ve had a problem with my AC, they have responded and gotten someone here ASAP! Everyone has always been very professional and fixed the problems every single time. I don’t know what I would do without Deep South Mechanical. Thank you guys for being so great and keep up the great work!!! I will never use another company but them. They always go above and beyond for their costumers.
I texted them in the late evening. They serviced me by 8 am. Aaron was fast friendly and explained to us what the problem was. Highly recommend.
