It's the customer service for me. The guy treated me horribly, made me feel my requests were bothering him. He obviously had a language barrier but that is no excuse for not apologizing and getting someone to help him. This was literally the worst pedicure I've ever had. I would never return

This use to be my “Go-to” nail salon; but my most recent experiences have left me with a bitter taste. The manager/owner there is so rude and disrespectful to customers. I have seen on more than one occasion treat me and my daughter like trash rather than as a paying customer. 1st bad experience I told the woman I wanted a flower painted as shown in the picture and the woman misunderstood (not a big deal ?‍♀️) the owner/manager jumped all over me because I corrected the technician even though I’m the one paying for the service. I’ve been coming here for 7-8 years now. I use to live here and moved to Texas but always come back once every few months for them to do my nails, toes and eyebrows. They’re so wonderful here and my nails stay on for about a month. They take there time and always make sure they get everything right.
