New to this place. The beds range from absolutely no frills to all the bells and whistles. All beds are clean and work well regardless of the "level". Currently, the spray tan machines are down, but when they are working, they do a nice job. The place is always clean, well lit, and quiet. Sometimes, the pretty blond attendant that is mostly there is super friendly and energetic, then others she seems hung over and almost bothered to be there. The dark-haired girls are always energetic, friendly, and helpful. They didn't get bent out of shape when I came in 10 mins before closing. The Monroe Location is the Best tanning Facility in the area by far; Taylor and Kaleigh’s Team’s knowledge of their state of the art Beds, and wide variety of the most advanced current up to Date Tanning Products offered along with knowledge of that product makes me buy from them often with a re-assurance I’m getting what I’m paying for and I have an amazing tan because of my visits there! I definitely feel I get exceptional service from Taylor, Alyssa, Kaleigh and Carlie from my arrival till my departure! Best tanning beds in town! Knowledgeable and friendly staff are informative and helpful. Clean facility with a great selection of lotions. I never have to wait long, and the quality of the tanning beds is exceptional.
