Joe and Jeannie are amazing! They make you feel like family and not just a customer during your service. Their quality of work is second to none! Once you try Queen Nails on Cypress St in West Monroe, you’ll never want to go anywhere else.
It was nice to see them pull the instruments out of the sterilizer. The dipped nails are great. Lots of colors. The couple that works there is so sweet (Unlike most places where they don't speak to you). Very friendly and fun environment. They have a new customer!!
I have been going to this salon for about 7 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Exceptional service every single time. Jenni always asks how my kids are doing and what is going on in our lives. She treats me like a friend rather than a customer.
