Ochsner LSU Health – Urgent Care, West Monroe

They are always fast and friendly. I have been to several pediatricians with my children...I wish they offered pediatrician services at this facility. Yes, they will see your child (dont get me wrong)...I just wish that I didnt have to take them back to their pediatrician for follow ups. This office is great with kids. There was only one time they couldn't see my child, no big deal. We went somewhere else that was also good.

It was a very good experience.Pleasant Dr. who listens and not dismissive.Willing to resolve your problems by asking important questions and giving added information!!The other employees are pleasant ,very attentive to your needs.Also I didn’t have to spend hours there!I am so Appreciative!

I really felt like I was on the brink of death when I walked in! Kizzy greeted me, and after a reasonably brief wait, I was handed of to Mary’s and Amy. Vitals were taken, nose was swabbed because of symptoms. Then the provider, Miss Kim, entered and broke the bad news that I was indeed Covid positive, and then proceeded to exam and diagnose the severe chest infection. She gave me a shot of decadron, and administered a couple of puffs off of an albuteral inhaler (sending the rest home with me. She also prescribed a z-pack, teslon pearls, and a medral dose pack…all sent to my pharmacy. Her quarantine instructions were specific, and my discharge paperwork came... read full review
