The owner is always polite, each time I go I always get someone different, I don't mind because I usually always get someone that does good work. Especially today ! But I'm assuming it's the owners wife that is always low key rude. The way she speaks toward certain customers, her body language and the way she has rolled her eyes, when she thinks you wasnt looking and it seems everytime I get there she starts speaking in her native language, looking in my direction and giggling and sometimes the person working on my nails will look up as to see if I'm noticing. I love VIP Nails and would choose them over any others. Although the wait time could be lengthy so I recommend you going during the week on slower days. They have free refreshments and John is the absolute best. He knows everyone by name and he is very friendly and funny. He makes the wait worth it. He's my favorite tech..Service: Pedicure

I drive about an hour to go to Vip nails and there is a nail shop in my town. I love the atmosphere there. They know your name and are very personable. John is a hoot. The work they do is always great bc they are all perfectionists.
