Each visit with Joan is amazing! My daughter has been a moody little one in front of the camera since she’s 3 months old, but you’d never know when you see the beautiful work Joan produces. She is always so patient and kind to us. Big bonus, her sweet daughter spends time with my daughter in the toy room after each session. It’s the sweetest!

What an amazing experience! From the first message I sent until our session, Mrs. Joan was extremely accommodating and professional! As a first time momma the thought of handing over my 10 day old newborn terrified me, but I couldn’t have asked for anything better than Mrs. Joan! Having two adults tending to my baby every second allowed me to sit back and relax a little while they photographed my son. There was also a privacy room for nursing which was amazing. I can’t wait to see our pictures because I know they’re perfect!

A dad’s perspective: Usually for my newborns’ photo shoots, we take family pictures and then I leave with the rest of the kids. My wife stays and watches our newborn take pictures. I’m a typical guy. When my wife told me the cost of the session, I was mind blown. I asked her, how hard can it be to take a few photos of a newborn? So this particular photo shoot, I wanted to see for myself. By the end of the session, I had a whole new appreciation. The thing that stuck out the most to me about Joan is how patient she is and how much she actually cares about making her clients happy. She took the time to find out what my wife wanted out of this session and literally planned it out detail for detail. It’s a lot of work and I found myself now having a whole new outlook on why the cost was worth it. I reviewed my daughters photos with my wife and Joan. Usually, I’m the one helping my wife choose because she’s indecisive. This time I found myself unable to choose or even help her choose because every photo was so beautiful. Joan is such a good person with a big heart. She made us feel comfortable and at home. She even helped to guide my wife on how to choose photos.
