I absolutely love this salon! Ms. Vanessa is very personable and patient. Trust me I've witnessed some very unruly clients. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my but her staff. I haven't been to Vanessa's salon in a while but I was in town so I stop in to get my hair wash and flat iron for an event. I pleased to see things have not changed to much meaning you still have to get there early to put your name on a list before doors open. But I was sad to see the roller set gone. But I'm sure you can asked for it. But this cuts down on an extra hour being spent in the salon. Still great service I can't wait to go back again.

It was my first time coming to this hair salon to get a Dominican blowout and I loved the results. My only two concerns were the lady washing my hair was way too rough and she was combing my hair out of my scalp instead of detangling correctly. I have natural 4c textured hair and I would appreciate it if they would be gentle. My second concern is when they flat iron they don’t give you what you ask for, for example I asked for my hair to be bumped. Instead she had me walking out with straight hair. I recommend this place because they are friendly and get the job done.Service: Hairstyling
