This was my first experience with this massage and the cups but my massage therapist did a great job (I can't remember her name but she was awesome!) “I have been going to Wednesday yoga with Donisha Dunn for about a year now. I love it so much! It is a challenging class that works on strength and balance, and also works on spirituality. Each class begins with a teaching from the Yoga Sutra. Donisha's calm and soothing voice always gets me in the perfect head space for the practice. The place has such good energy. I feel my stress melt away the minute I walk in the door. I highly recommend this class!“

“I hobbled in this week with severe acute knee pain such that it was difficult to stand & almost impossible to walk without an assistive device (cane or walker). In one session Mr. Henry was able to achieve excellent results. He worked on whole leg - not just the knee that was in so much pain. My limping improved in just one session. He explained the importance of posture & gave the "RICE" advice for the rest of the day. He even checked later in the afternoon to make sure my comfort was improving. He always goes above & beyond the call of duty for sessions but this one was very specific because I truly couldn't walk without assistance when I went into his office . If you want to improve movement in a private, safe, comfortable environment I highly recommend you call HH Bodyworks. If you're lucky he'll have an opening. He will insist on talking to you first (I don't think he takes walk-in clients) because he creates individualized sessions. His work as an LMT is beyond what you expect for a massage because he's continually earning other certifications in movement therapies.“

“Raymond Harris is a wonderful, professional masseuse. He came to my house and helped me with a sports injury. He charged $120 an hour which was about standard for massages in Nola at the time. Great experience, 10/10, would recommend.
