When I lived in Sulphur, I decided to get a Chase bank account. I would not recommend this to anyone. The tellers that were there were not helpful. They would pretend to be, but they would not accurately explain anything to you, nor did they seem to even know what I was talking about. Working as a bank teller now, I can say I am shocked how often I got the go around and people that had no clue. They didn't understand what account I had, they tried changing it and gave me the wrong info. They were just so clueless.
