I was seen by Dr. Sorrel as a first time patient. He and his staff were very thorough by asking questions about my symptoms and testing to determine what might be causing my health issues. The check-in process was easy for me as a first time patient. I definitely would return for any ENT issues.
Being my first time seeing Dr. Cooper I was nervous, but after a couple of minutes being there all of my nervousness went away. I felt very comfortable with both the doctor and his staff. I will be returning to Dr. Cooper if I should need a ENT
Dr. Sorrel and the entire staff are always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxed. They are very patient with all my questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable and caring. I truly hope I never have to go anywhere else for my ENT needs.
