The Veterinarian Dr Mains handled my dog’s procedure with the best of skill and genuine compassion. She and the whole staff were courteous and polite in answering all my questions and calls. I’ve been with Pontchartrain Animal since my dog Jax was a puppy and they’ve always provided excellent service.

My baby was loved on during his visit. The vetinarian was informative and took the time to explain the procedure. The vet tech was friendly and informative. I felt heard and understood. I would highly recommend this vetinarian hospital.

(reposting since it didn't stick before): Pontchartrain Animal Hospital is the best. The vets and techs are very caring for your animals. Our dogs loved the boarding and were always excited to go to the building. Everyone knows you by (pet) name and is a genuinely kind person. Would highly recommend.
