“The staff was INCREDIBLE. They not only went and got a box with a hole to make a tent for my scared cat who finds comfort in small hiding spots, but then sooooo gently rolled flipped the box over to have her last in it for most of the exam. Her comfort and calmness was top priority, and every touch and movement reflected this. I didn't feel judged for her being a cat and eating something she shouldn't, and I was presented with multiple options for heartworm prevention.
