I live in the west back and I go all the way to Slidell for my assistance in Pelican urgent care the service is Exceptional, courteous, caring, very well, productive doctors, great nurses and the whole staff. might wait a little bit but be patient. It’s well worth the time that you have to spend there. Everyone is exceptional in the workforce. I would not go to any other urgent care.

Registration was nice and very helpful. Normally Medical Assistant was in and out didn't come back. We sat the the Dr room for over an hours with No one coming back in to say how long it would be or what the wait was about. This is normally a great place to attend

Originally gave a 1 star review last week. I went back this week to give them a second chance since they already had a idea of what was going on anyway. Medical assistant Kendra and Dr. David went over and beyond for me. I highly recommend asking to see them if you make a visit here. Thx
