Having had a faulty boiler for some months and despite our concerns, our existing firm of plumbers stated everything was 'ok' even though there was delayed ignition and a loud thump when the gas boiler eventually fired up.
We decided to give Mark a try. He arrived within 2hrs of our phone call and within a couple of minutes advised us not to use the boiler. After further investigation and consultation with the manufacturers it was decided to condemn our old boiler. Ultimately we decided to install a new combi boiler, radiator and bar shower. Mark has been our plumber for some years and always given us an excellent service- friendly, highly trustworthy, clean working, a fabulous engineer and you pay for an honest days work.
This weekend our 14 year old boiler decided to stop working. Mark came straight over and got it to work temporarily. This was a 30 mile all round journey on his weekend evening off. By Wednesday he had removed our old boiler and fitted a brand new boiler. He rearranged his weeks work to fit us in - lovely hot water, heating and shower again.
Mark then phoned me today to see how it was all working.
Exemplary work and I would recommend to anyone. Diolch!

Absolutely top class service in installing a new boiler at very short notice. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who needs this type of service. He was very professional from the beginning and I’ve never met a tradesperson who is so considerate about the cleanliness of a client house ?. Absolutely over the moon with being able to have heating now just in time for the winter and i can’t thank him enough for his superb work.
