Our long-haired dachshund mix is always cut as we've asked. It just took a couple of times to coordinate our requests to sync with their understanding. You need to be specific in what you want. Stick with them and you won't be sorry long term.

This place is phenomenal! I love the sweet staff, they're always super friendly every time we come in. They are always available to take my dogs within the same week if not, the next. I love this place! They know exactly what my wants are for my dogs. My standard poodle gets very excited and pees and they so kind when I apologize. Over all, I definitely recommend this place. They do keep your babies for a while but they take a lot of dogs in for the day, so if you have a problem with the wait, dont come here. We don't mind it!
