I am very pleased with the performance of Xpress Car Wash. Getting your car washed is so quick and easy there! I recommend Xpress Car Wash to anyone looking for a good place to get their car washed.
Really good customer service. I have had nothing but positive interactions with employees three times where they engaged me. Once i had a custom reciever hitch cover come off during a cycle and they brought it out to me. Another time i was approached and thanked for my patronage while vacuuming my truck and the third was two months after replacing the same custom reciever hitch cover, an employee made it a point to come out and give me my old cover and tell me that he had been waiting to see me. Two months! Outstanding!
I love Xpress Car Wash and I’m a member so I have unlimited car washes each month. It’s very convenient to me since the one on Ellerbe Road opened recently. Everyone is very accommodating there and I always get a good car wash.
