This is a great gym with lots of equipment. The locker rooms and shorts are clean. The cable machines are a little old but they're maintained well. They have a pool and offer various exercise classes throughout the day. They have four locations! My preference is bossier for the equipment but pierremont for the location!

I don't agree with these negative reviews. My mom was brought in with a severe UTI infection and delusional. The awesome nurses convinced her to get out of the truck after all attempts from family failed. Then they moved super quickly and thankfully she's on the road to recovery (although it will be long). I can't say enough good things about this place
