Seth came out to tune up my a/c unit. He was the most professional and friendly service person I have met in years. It was great because he even showed me pictures of the inside of my unit and the coils. He explained everything about the service to me which was nice. It is hard to find good service but Seth and everyone I have spoken with at Southern Air has been top notch. I was referred by a family member who also had a great experience and I will refer this company to others.
The washing machine drain was flooding my house every time I tried to wash clothes. Jedyah Taylor came out to fix my plumbing issues and he was nothing short of amazing! Loved him and the quality work he did. He went above and beyond and was very informative as well. I can’t thank him enough! He deserves all the recognition in the world! And a raise! The best worker I’ve ever had at my house!
