I just love the staff at South Shreveport Animal Hospital. They provide excellent customer service. Dr. Callahan is AWESOME! He takes time to explain every procedure in simple terms and ensures all questions are answered. He trains his team while performing procedures, administering medicine, etc.
Having moved recently to this area, this was our first visit to S Shreveport Animal Hospital. We chose it in part for location but primarily based on the reviews for their outstanding service. I would simply add my vote to those positive reviews. It was a great experience. An appointment was scheduled the same day we called. Dr. Panos was wonderful with our aging male cat. No unpleasant odors, typical of such places, greeted us when we entered. They got us right in and addressed our cat’s issues. He is doing better, thanks to the staff at S Shreveport Animal Hospital. Yes! Without reservation we join others who recommend this place for your pet!
I love Drs.Callahan and Panos. They take great care of my babies (pets). Both docs and their staff members are very thorough and patient! They listen to and act upon my concerns and always completely explain things to me. I have never felt rushed during an appointment. They are both kind and caring veterinarians! I HIGHLY recommend South Shreveport Animal Hospital!!!
